Le Petit Étoilé Sparkling Chardonnay is an effervescent organic non-alcoholic wine.

Its pale yellow color with bright and silvery reflections is adorned with fine and persistent bubbles.

The nose, with crisp aromas of green apple and white pear is mingled with white flowers and lemony and buttery notes.

The mouth, creamy reveals citrus flavors, with an incomparable freshness.

Production process: After destemming and crushing, a cold skin maceration is carried out (4°C). The maceration, which lasts for 8 hours, is done before pressing to extract the beneficial compounds from the grape such as polyphenols, tannins, etc. Just like for a champagne, a dosage liqueur made from organic Chardonnay musts is added before bottling. The pressure is obtained by natural carbon dioxide injection at low temperature.
